In 2020, I wrote and directed a special video for the May 4, 50th Virtual Commemoration Program. The annual program became “virtual” after the global COVID pandemic canceled the in-person event. This video was completed in three weeks. It features historical clips from past May 4 commemorations, seldom-seen color footage from May 4, 1970, new video reflections from John Cleary, Joe Lewis, and Alan Canfora, all of whom were wounded in 1970, interviews with current students, and special musical performances from KSU Chorale, Jesse Colin Youngblood and more!

In 2021, Kent State University requested that I write, direct, and produce another video for the 2021 commemoration due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
